- Oversize Items (over 120cm): Items longer than 120cm require special handling and carry a small Oversize Handling Charge of £60. This is always shown clearly at checkout before you pay — never as a surprise.
- Remote Areas: A small number of UK postcodes are classified as remote by our courier partners (DPD UK, UPS, Royal Mail, or UK Mail). Where this applies, a £30 remote area fee may be added at checkout — this will always be shown before you confirm your order.
